Goal 1 - Seek ways of making Liturgy meaningful in the lives of students and staff

Goal 2 - Examine ways of ensuring the College continues to live the experience of a Catholic community in action

Goal 3  - To involve and encourage parents to participate in the life of the College and to be real partners in the education of their children.

Goal 4  - Encourage members of the College community to live the values of the Catholic faith and to be participants in the life of the Good Shepherd Parish.

Goal 5 - Use data to develop a performance based culture through high quality teaching and effective whole-school processes.

Goal 6 - To continue to develop whole school tracking system and processes.

Goal 7  - To implement agreed elements of the Australian Curriculum

Goal 8 - Improve outcomes for our Indigenous students.

Goal 9 - Transition to Google+ Suite through the implementation of Chromebooks in Year 8 and 9.

Goal 10 - To implement effective induction programs for beginning teachers and new teachers to the school.

Goal 11 - To establish active and authentic involvement of the student voice in College decision making.

Goal 12 - Develop and support the ongoing formation of highly competent staff through whole College teacher improvement practices.

Goal 13 - Prepare for the transition of Year 7 students entering the College in 2015.

Goal 14 - To increase participation in Senior Schooling in the College by continuing to develop a high quality and holistic educational experience.

Goal 15 - Develop effective staff recruitment and retention strategies.
