Mr Peter Scott - Principal

Peter brings to Good Shepherd many years experience in teaching and learning and educational leadership within Catholic Education in both the Townsville and Rockhampton dioceses. He has taught at all levels; Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and in the Community. Peter has a particular passion for curriculum and contemporary learning practice and for developing consistent and quality teaching and learning. He believes in fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders; staff, students, families, church and community to create an environment which is inclusive, welcoming, progressive, secure and focused on quality contemporary Catholic education.

Mr Senan Keating - Deputy Principal (Administration/Curriculum)

Senan Keating joined the College Leadership Team in 2015 after having held a number of postions within the College, including eLearning Coordinator, Year 12 Pastoral Care Coordinator as well as Assistant Principal (Administration / Pastoral). He first joined the College community in 2011 and has an interest in fostering the academic, social, emotional and spiritual developments of each student within the College. Senan is passionate about developing high quality teaching and learning within the College through a diverse and engaging curriculum.

Mrs Amy Webb - Assistant Principal (Pastoral)

Amy joined the College, and Mount Isa community in 2009, and in 2017 joins the College Leadership Team. She has a strong focus on Pastoral Care and has previously held positions as Year 11 and Year 12 Pastoral Leader.  Amy believes that through Catholic Education, we are able to prepare students to be active participants in an ever-changing society; and that nurturing students through holistic education will provide them with the skills required to live fulfilling and purposeful lives. Amy has also worked closely with the College Parents and Friends Association over the past years, and is passionate about growing both parent involvement, and engagement within our College Community. 

Mrs Jacqueline Warren  - Assistant Principal (Religious Education)

Jacqueline has been part of the College since 2013, working as a Pastoral Leader for both Year 8 and Year 7.  Prior to joining the College, Jacqueline spent 2 years as a primary teacher at St Michael's on Palm Island, and as a governess on a cattle station near Julia Creek.  Jacqueline is currently undertaking a Master in Theology and has recently completed a Master in Educational Leadership.  She has a passion for the holistic education of young adults and believes in the importance of fostering the faith and spirituality of each student through Catholic Education.
