Enrolment Process

If you wish to proceed with an enrolment for your child please complete the enrolment form below and return it to the College Office. Please note that a child is not automatically enrolled on the return of an enrolment form or after an interview. You will be advised if the application has been successful as soon as possible.

Please include with your enrolment application the following:

• Your child's Birth Certificate
• Your child's Baptismal Certificate
• Your child’s most recent report card

Enrolment applications can be submitted via email to enquiries@goodshepherd.catholic.edu.au , posted or delivered to the College Office.  Enrolment queries may also be directed to this email address.
